This course is for beginner users introducing Dollar Universe architecture, concepts and functional capabilities. Upon completion, participants will have acquired the knowledge to take full advantage of all the functionalities available in Dollar Universe while becoming familiar with the principles of Dollar Universe technology.
- Understand the rich functionality of Dollar Universe (architecture, technical concepts, functional administration, etc.)
- Configure and administer Dollar Universe
- Use Dollar Universe via the graphic interfaces Dollar Universe Console and Dollar Universe Business Views
- Configure, test and implement processing in a heterogeneous environment (event-driven job scheduling, string processing, etc.)
- Plan and manage production for the day
- Effectively control and supervise operations
- Diagnose events and react appropriately when an incident occurs.
